1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 41jili Platform in any manner — whether by browsing the website, downloading the mobile application, registering an account, or placing a wager — you unconditionally accept these Terms and any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the Platform, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms apply to all users of the 41jili Platform, including registered players, guests, and any person who accesses the Platform for any purpose. Your continued use of the Platform following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the 41jili Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age, in compliance with Philippine gaming regulations applicable to casino-style online gambling;
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful and not prohibited by applicable local, national, or international law;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 41jili, nor an immediate family member of any such person;
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the Platform or any affiliated gaming service;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party;
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by 41jili or any applicable gaming authority.

41jili reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals until compliance is confirmed.

3 Account Registration

To access the full features of the 41jili Platform, you must register a player account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You further agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.

The following account rules apply to all 41jili registered players:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 41jili Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Account Credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.
• Account Security: You agree to notify 41jili immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. 41jili will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Accurate Information: Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.
• KYC Verification: 41jili may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures, including submission of a valid government-issued ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys ID, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before processing withdrawals.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 41jili Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your chosen payment method and account verification status.
• Accepted payment methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to availability and applicable processing terms.
• Deposits are generally credited to your 41jili account within minutes of successful payment confirmation. 41jili is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• All deposited funds must be used for gaming purposes on the Platform. Deposits made solely for the purpose of money transfer or currency exchange are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Unverified accounts may have withdrawal requests held pending identity confirmation.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name and previously used for deposits on the Platform, where technically feasible.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take one (1) to three (3) business days.
• 41jili reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. Players will be notified if additional documentation is required.
• Any bonus funds credited to your account must satisfy applicable wagering requirements before the corresponding winnings may be withdrawn.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

41jili may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 41jili reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus offer is subject to a wagering requirement, which specifies the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before any winnings derived from the bonus may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated clearly in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your account. Real-money funds are used first in gameplay unless otherwise specified.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per IP address, and per device.
• Attempting to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other method — will result in cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• 41jili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honoring commitments already made to players who have commenced wagering under the original terms.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 41jili Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

• Random Number Generation: All non-live games on the 41jili Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. RNG systems are subject to periodic independent testing and certification.
• Live Games: Live dealer games are conducted in real time by trained dealers. Game outcomes in live games are determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheels, dice) and are not subject to RNG manipulation.
• Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, 41jili reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager placed. 41jili's decision in such matters is final.
• Disputed Outcomes: If you believe a game outcome is incorrect, you must submit a dispute to 41jili customer support within seventy-two (72) hours of the disputed event. Disputes submitted after this period may not be considered.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 41jili Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information at any point during registration, verification, or use of the Platform;
• Creating or operating multiple accounts, whether under your own name or under aliases;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in gameplay;
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated cheating with other players;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to 41jili immediately;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 41jili staff, customer support agents, or other players;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or security systems.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the 41jili Platform — including but not limited to the 41jili name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of 41jili or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from 41jili;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content;
• Use any 41jili trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner not expressly authorized in writing by 41jili;
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorized use of 41jili intellectual property may result in legal action.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 41jili and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue;
• Loss of data or account information;
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond 41jili's reasonable control;
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Actions taken by 41jili in good faith pursuant to these Terms, including account suspension or termination.

41jili's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 41jili account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Privacy & Data

41jili collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We collect personal information including your name, date of birth, contact details, government-issued identification, financial information, and gameplay data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement.

41jili will not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share data with trusted service providers, payment processors, and regulatory authorities as required by law or necessary to operate the Platform. For full details on how we handle your data, please review our Privacy Policy.

11 Responsible Gaming

41jili is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the potential harms associated with problem gambling. We provide the following tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account to control your spending;
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you when you have been playing for a specified duration;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 30 days) to take a break from gaming;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

12 Termination

41jili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity;
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from you or a court order or regulatory directive;
• Determination that you are ineligible to use the Platform under Section 2 of these Terms;
• Cessation of the Platform's operations in your jurisdiction.

Upon termination for cause, 41jili reserves the right to withhold account balances pending investigation. Where termination is not due to player misconduct, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable period.

You may close your account at any time by contacting 41jili customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any pending wagering requirements on active bonuses will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

13 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the 41jili Platform that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact 41jili customer support and allow a period of thirty (30) days for the parties to attempt to resolve the dispute amicably.

14 Amendments

41jili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players by posting a notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the email address associated with your account.

The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.
